No, these are not stock photos, these are some of Shelley’s captures showcasing her eye for light. She is more of a person behind the camera than in front. Being married to a chef has its perks, especially when Shelley and her kids are willing to travel anywhere to check out the best local foods and, most importantly, ice cream! With West Indian roots - Shelley’s family will always be first. If you call her she might be in the middle of an Amazonian rainforest… just kidding that’s her singing birds, Kwan and Sunny, in the background. She is quite the globe trotter as she has traveled to Europe, Asia, South America and all across North America – but she has met the most interesting people and built the best relationships from Spellman, Fordham, Parsons and the spec community right in her own backyard. That being said, Shelley has almost 20 years of lighting experience from a few lighting design firms to Edison Price, Light Abilities, Luminii and most recently Moxie Lighting!
